We authors love to hear from our readers, but it is a little disappointing if all you say is 'hi, when's your next book out,' or something like that! Please make sure you put your own name and address at the top of your letter (not just on the envelope, please - often long gone before I even see the Fiona's left hand letter) or I won't be able to reply! I ALWAYS answer letters as long as I have the address, so to those of you who wrote to me but haven't had a reply, now you know why - email me your address and I will!
